About The Role

We are seeking a Wintel / Active Directory L3 Engineer with strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and AWS cloud infrastructure. The role focuses on advanced troubleshooting, server management, patching, backup and recovery, and enterprise infrastructure support. Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential.

The role involves providing L3-level support for Active Directory and Windows Server environments, including Windows Server 2008 R2, 2012, 2016, and 2019. The engineer will manage core infrastructure services such as DNS, DHCP, file services, AD Certificate Services, ADFS, and Failover Clustering.

The position also requires expertise in server patching using Tanium, including agent configuration, computer groups, boundary groups, security certificates, site health monitoring, role-based administration, and backup planning. Knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure, Microsoft technologies, SAML/SSO, PowerShell, IIS, and server performance monitoring is required.

The engineer will also contribute to change and problem management processes, work with ticketing tools, and collaborate effectively with technical teams while handling critical issues and tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L3 troubleshooting and support for Active Directory and Windows Server environments.
- Manage DNS, DHCP, file services, AD Certificate Services, ADFS, and Failover Clustering.
- Plan and implement Windows Server patching through Tanium.
- Configure Tanium agents, computer groups, boundary groups, security scopes, and site communications.




- Monitor infrastructure health, logs, server performance, and Tanium environments.
- Implement backup and recovery strategies for servers and Tanium infrastructure.
- Support PowerShell scripting, IIS log cleanup, application pool recycling, and basic deployments.
- Follow change and problem management processes and provide effective technical communication.
