About The Role

We are seeking a Workday Testing Specialist with around 5 years of hands-on experience in Workday functional and integration testing. The role involves validating multiple Workday modules, business processes, integrations, and Workday Extend applications while ensuring comprehensive test coverage and adherence to data privacy and security standards.

The role focuses on end-to-end testing across Workday modules including Core HCM, Recruiting, Learning, Time Off/Leave of Absence, Security, Compensation, Talent, Performance, and Reports. The candidate will create test data and validate integrations between Workday and external platforms such as SailPoint, ADP, and GlobalView.

The position involves analyzing requirements, preparing and executing test plans, documenting defects, maintaining requirement traceability, and generating execution reports. The candidate will also support Workday Business Process testing and Workday Extend Apps testing.

The tester will manage QA artifacts and testing activities using Jira, ALM, or Quality Center, collaborate with project teams, participate in daily stand-ups, and proactively communicate testing progress, blockers, and defects.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional testing across multiple Workday HCM modules.
- Conduct Workday integration testing with external systems such as SailPoint, ADP, and GlobalView.
- Create Workday test data for integration and functional testing.
- Test Workday Business Processes and Workday Extend applications.
- Analyze requirements, create test plans, execute test cases, and document defects.




- Maintain requirement traceability, execution reports, QA templates, checklists, and standard testing procedures.
- Manage testing activities and defects using Jira, ALM, or Quality Center.
- Participate in project stand-ups, communicate progress and blockers, and ensure compliance with data privacy and security requirements.

Shift Timing: 1:00 PM – 10:30 PM
