SECTION II. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The purpose of this role is to support the development and delivery of high quality, scalable and supportable BI reports, dashboards and data insights for YATG business functions. Working within the analytics team, the role builds and maintains analytics solutions on YATG's current BI platform (QlikSense), analyses data across multiple domains, ensures data quality, and translates business requirements into user-friendly and automatable information deliverables.

This is an execution-focused, individual-contributor role without team-management responsibilities.

- Design, build, maintain and enhance QlikSense dashboards, data models and reports that are user-friendly, fully automatable and supportable
- Develop and implement information delivery solutions that graphically represent data to provide business intelligence and information insights

Knowledge, Skills And Experiences

Competencies

Educational Background

- Mandatory: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), preferably in Information Science, Computer Technology or an Engineering type subject
- Preferred: Certification in QlikSense / BI / Analytics

Work Experience

- 2-4 years of experience in the area of BI / Data Analytics




- Hands-on experience developing QlikSense dashboards and data models will be preferred

Other Skills

Functional / Technical Competencies

- Hands-on QlikSense development (dashboards, data modelling, load scripting) - core requirement
- Robust experience in Qlik Sense load scripting (ETL), including data extraction, transformation and optimization.
- knowledge of Qlik Sense data modelling and performance optimization.
- Experience implementing Section Access for row-level security in Qlik Sense applications.
- Management of streams, users, security rules, reload tasks and monitoring through the Qlik Management Console (QMC)
- Knowledge of Tableau and/or Power BI is a plus
- Proficiency in SQL and relational database modelling concepts; advanced Excel skills
- Advanced data visualization concepts, tools and techniques
- Sound understanding of business processes and data structures across functional areas
- Ability to write comprehensive reports
