Job Summary

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Gurgaon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. We will count on you to:

- Develop a strong understanding of the insurance broking business, systems in force and practice(s) that you are responsible for
- Complete the tasks assigned with a high level of quality and within allocated time
- Communicate progress to supervisors and highlight any escalations, on a timely basis
- Support supervisors(s) in knowledge codification and transfer through effective documentation
- Share best practice knowledge with team members




- Partner with managers to improve efficiency and quality
- Follow up with managers/brokers/ practice data experts in case of ambiguities / questions

What you need to have:

- Bachelors degree in any discipline
- 0 to 2 years of experience in data analysis and reporting
- High degree of comfort in capturing data from both structured (systems/files/tables etc.) and unstructured (documents) data sources on an everyday basis
- Attention to detail and holding yourself to high standards of accuracy and timeliness
- Identifying errors and gaps in raw data and performing data cleaning, manipulation, validation and processing as a part of daily operations
- Must have a strong expertise in Advanced Excel, VBA and SQL along with an excellent ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Additional skills in Power BI, Python or Tableau is a plus
