Looking for a customer call analyzer & transcribers. Who can handle Sales/Service/Technical support calls and provide a quick view of a call's outcome and what the next step should be for the representative. Take minutes of meetings, keep a record of all topics covered and give everyone visibility inside the composition of the call to diagnose areas of improvement/ provide solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Good Written and Verbal communication in English and Spanish.
- Good understanding of Spanish & American accents.
- Should be able to translate calls between English and Spanish speaking customers/resources/employees.
- Understand the purpose of calls and perform call monitoring.
- Take explicit and informative notes/MOMs of all calls and should be able to decide which discussed point is important and needs to be addressed.
- Keep on asking for reviews and feedback from customers/employees.
- Ensuring quality work is delivered within defined timelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Any graduate
- Certification in Spanish/English translation
