We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist who can identify and attract qualified candidates using various sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases.
- Create and use effective Boolean search strings to find relevant candidates.
- Review and screen resumes based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls with candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS.
- Meet daily and weekly sourcing targets.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
- Strong hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Positive resume screening and candidate identification skills.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
- Good time management and ability to work with recruitment targets.
