Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Team Lead to lead our sourcing team and manage candidate sourcing for both Blue Collar and White Collar positions for multiple overseas clients.

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on recruiter with strong experience in sourcing, team handling, client coordination and overseas manpower recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the sourcing team and ensure timely delivery of suitable candidates.
- Source Blue Collar and White Collar candidates through Naukri, Naukri Gulf, Shine, LinkedIn, headhunting and other sourcing channels.
- Understand client JDs and identify suitable candidates according to skills, experience, salary and other requirements.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Apollo AI and other AI-based recruitment tools to improve sourcing and screening.
- Handle sourcing requirements for multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate with overseas teams/clients for manpower requirements, candidate submissions and interview schedules.
- Schedule and coordinate online client interviews.
- Coordinate offline client interviews across PAN India, including candidate mobilisation and follow-up.
- Maintain candidate databases, sourcing trackers, interview trackers and project-wise MIS.
- Monitor team productivity, targets, submissions, interviews and selections.
- Follow up with the concerned team/person for pending feedback, interview results, offers and other recruitment issues.
- Identify the best sourcing locations and channels across India for specific manpower categories.
- Maintain and coordinate with PAN India recruitment agents/consultants for sourcing requirements.




- Prepare regular reports and trackers using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Ensure quality and relevant profiles are submitted to clients as per the JD.
- Guide the sourcing team on difficult and specialised requirements.

KSA / Overseas Market Knowledge
- Good knowledge of the Saudi Arabia (KSA) manpower market will be highly preferred.
- Should understand current manpower demand, salary levels and availability of different profiles in the Indian market.
- Knowledge of overseas recruitment and deployment processes.
- Ability to identify which regions/sectors of India can provide suitable manpower for different requirements.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in candidate sourcing and recruitment.
- Excellent knowledge of Naukri, Naukri Gulf, Shine and LinkedIn.
- Strong headhunting and passive candidate sourcing skills.
- Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Apollo AI or similar AI recruitment tools.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong team handling and coordination skills.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand technical and non-technical JDs.
- Strong client and internal team coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and projects simultaneously.

Preferred candidate profile

- 4-8 years of relevant experience in recruitment/manpower sourcing.
- Experience with multiple clients/companies/projects is mandatory.
- Candidates from manpower supply, overseas recruitment or recruitment consultancy backgrounds will be preferred.
- Should be a hands-on Sourcing Team Lead who can personally source candidates as well as manage the team.
- Strong experience in sourcing through online portals and headhunting.
- Candidates with overseas/KSA recruitment experience will be preferred.
