We are hiring experienced Real Estate Sales professionals for Sourcing and Closing roles in the SOBO Market, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities Sourcing:

- Generate business through direct clients, references, and channel partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
- Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads.
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and regular follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sourcing and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities Closing:

- Handle qualified leads and drive the complete sales closure process.
- Conduct client meetings, negotiations, property presentations, and follow-ups.
- Convert leads into successful bookings and achieve monthly closure targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with internal teams and channel partners for smooth closures.

Key Requirements:





- 2-6 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Mandatory: SOBO / South Mumbai market experience.
- Candidates with experience specifically in Sourcing or Closing will be considered.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the South Mumbai real estate market.
- We are looking for polished, presentable, and well-groomed candidates with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates should be confident in handling high-value clients and professional client meetings.
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills are essential.
