Role Description The Recruitment and Sourcing Executive is a full-time role based in Mumbai, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of in-office and work-from-home days. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including understanding hiring needs, drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening applications, and coordinating interviews and assessments. The individual will maintain candidate pipelines, manage communication with applicants and hiring managers, and support offer negotiation and onboarding processes.

Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining recruitment metrics, collaborating with internal stakeholders to forecast hiring requirements,



and ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience aligned with KITABOO’s values. The role may also support vendor coordination and strategic talent initiatives to strengthen the organization’s talent pool.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret hiring data, assess candidate fit, and optimize sourcing strategies.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners in a transparent, professional manner.
- Candidates should possess Contract Negotiation skills to support offer discussions, compensation alignment, and employment terms.
- Candidates should possess Procurement skills as related to engaging and managing recruitment vendors and external sourcing partners.
- Candidates should possess Recruiting skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and pipeline management.
- Relevant experience in talent acquisition or HR, preferably in technology or digital learning organizations.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Mumbai, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), professional networking platforms, and basic HR compliance practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
