- Location: Parel/ Prabhdevi (5 mins walking distance from station. Easy to commute)
- Working days : Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Sat off)

Your Role: Sourcing Executive As a Sourcing Executive, you will manage the day-to-day sourcing and RFQ process across multiple product categories. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure competitive pricing, timely quotations, reliable vendor availability and a robust supplier base. Key Responsibilities -

- Float RFQs/RFIs to relevant suppliers for existing and repeat product categories
- Follow up proactively with vendors to ensure timely quote submission




- Build and maintain quote comparison sheets (cost, lead time, MOQ, payment terms)
- Conduct first-level price negotiation with suppliers before escalation
- Maintain and continuously update the supplier database pricing history, lead times, capacity, and reliability notes
- Identify and onboard new suppliers for existing categories to widen the vendor base
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to clarify sourcing requirements and specifications
- Flag pricing trends, supply risks, or vendor performance issues to the Head of Sourcing
- Support category-level sourcing strategy with data on vendor performance and cost trends

What Makes You a Great Fit?

- 3–6 years of experience in procurement
- Proven experience managing high RFQ volume across multiple SKUs/vendors simultaneously
- Strong Excel skills comfortable building and maintaining comparison sheets and trackers
- Basic-to-intermediate negotiation skills; comfortable pushing vendors on price and terms
- Excellent follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple open RFQs at once
- Transparent, professional communication written and verbal for vendor-facing coordination
- Ability to work independently on repeat/known categories with minimal supervision
