We are looking for a highly experienced ServiceNow Telecom Architect with strong expertise in ServiceNow Order Management for Telecom (OMT/SOMT) and telecom transformation programs.

If you have hands-on experience designing and implementing end-to-end Lead-to-Bill (Lead-to-Cash) solutions and have worked extensively within the telecom ecosystem, we'd love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead architecture and implementation of ServiceNow Telecom Order Management (OMT/SOMT) solutions.
- Design and implement end-to-end telecom processes covering: Lead - Opportunity - Quote - Order Capture - Order Management - Fulfillment - Service Activation - Billing.
- Define scalable solution architectures across: Lead &
- Opportunity Management, Quote Management, Product &
- Service Catalog, Order Capture &
- Order Entry, Order Decomposition, Order Fulfillment, Service Activation, Inventory &
- Resource Management, Billing Integration.
- Design integrations between ServiceNow and Telecom BSS/OSS platforms.
- Provide technical leadership for ServiceNow development and implementation teams.
- Lead customer workshops, architecture reviews, solution design sessions, and transformation initiatives.
- Drive automation, workflow optimization, and best practices across telecom operations.

Integration Experience:

- Experience integrating ServiceNow with: CRM Platforms, CPQ Solutions, Product Catalog Platforms, OSS/BSS Systems, Billing Platforms, Network Orchestration Platforms, Inventory Management Systems, Middleware &
- API Gateways.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, Asynchronous Integrations, and Orchestration Patterns is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent architecture experience, Telecom industry transformation experience, Large-scale ServiceNow implementation experience, Agile delivery experience.
