About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of robust, scalable, secure, and high-quality technology solutions. The role requires robust expertise in software architecture, enterprise application development, stakeholder management, and technical leadership.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in designing technology solutions and a strong understanding of the NBFC, MFI, BFSI, or Fintech domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Design robust, scalable, and high-quality software architecture and solutions.
- Bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions.
- Analyze complex business requirements and identify the most suitable technology solutions.
- Design robust business and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Quality Analysts, UI/UX Designers, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of sustainable software products.
- Ensure adherence to information security, reliability, and security standards while identifying and addressing potential risks.
- Lead and guide the Software Development Life Cycle from Planning and Designing to Testing and Deployment.
- Implement industry best practices and development methodologies within the internal development team.
- Ensure the development of effective software applications through clean and efficient code.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Mentor mid-level developers and junior programmers while promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with technical teams, developers,



project managers, business stakeholders, and external auditors.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously enhance technical capabilities.

- Minimum 10 years of overall experience in software development and technology.
- Strong experience in software architecture, system design, and enterprise application development.
- Proven experience in leading technical teams and delivering complex technology solutions.
- Experience in NBFC, Microfinance (MFI), BFSI, or Fintech will be preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
