18+ years of overall experience in Data Engineering, Data Platforms, Analytics, Cloud, and Enterprise Data Architecture, with significant hands-on experience in Databricks.

- Proven experience working as a Databricks Solution Architect, designing and delivering scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise data solutions.
- Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional certification is mandatory for this role.
- Lead the end-to-end architecture and solution design for Databricks-based data platforms, aligning technology solutions with customer business objectives.
- Engage directly with customers, clients, business stakeholders, and technology leaders to understand requirements, identify challenges, and provide practical and scalable solutions.
- Design modern Lakehouse and data engineering architectures leveraging Databricks, Apache Spark, Delta Lake, data pipelines, governance, and cloud-native services.
- Provide technical leadership across data ingestion, transformation, processing, orchestration, data quality, performance optimization, security, and governance.
- Evaluate existing data platforms and recommend architecture modernization, migration, optimization, and transformation strategies based on business and technical requirements.
- Lead and mentor a team of Data Engineers, Databricks Developers, and technical consultants,



providing technical direction, architectural guidance, and hands-on support when required.
- Own technical delivery and ensure the team executes projects in accordance with client requirements, agreed deliverables, architecture standards, timelines, and quality expectations.
- Conduct architecture reviews, technical design sessions, code/design reviews, solution walkthroughs, and knowledge-sharing sessions with internal and client teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Databricks, Spark, data pipeline, performance, scalability, integration, and production issues, providing effective root-cause analysis and solutions.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Architects, Engineering Leads, and customer stakeholders to manage technical risks, dependencies, priorities, and delivery challenges.
- Demonstrate excellent client-facing communication, presentation, consulting, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences.
- Be a customer-focused technology leader and solution-oriented problem solver with solid ownership, strategic thinking, mentoring capabilities, and the ability to drive successful Databricks transformation programs from architecture through delivery.
