Job Summary

We are looking for an ITI/Diploma Electrical candidate with 1–3 years of hands-on field experience in solar installation, electrical work, or solar O&M.; The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, testing and troubleshooting of solar systems at project sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation of solar modules, mounting structures, DC/AC cables and electrical systems.
- Installation and connection of inverters, ACDB, DCDB, LT panels, junction boxes and earthing systems.
- Cable laying, dressing, glanding and termination.
- Perform basic testing, troubleshooting and fault identification.
- Assist in testing and commissioning of solar power systems.
- Carry out preventive and corrective O&M; activities.
- Use electrical testing instruments such as multimeter, clamp meter and megger.
- Identify and rectify issues related to modules, cables, connectors, inverters and electrical panels.
- Maintain daily work reports and site checklists.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and use appropriate PPE at project sites.
- Coordinate with the Site Engineer/Supervisor for daily work execution.
- Travel to and work at project sites as required.

Mandatory Requirements
- ITI or Diploma in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics.
- 1–3 years of hands-on field experience in electrical or solar work.




- Practical knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems.
- Basic knowledge of solar modules, inverters, ACDB, DCDB, LT panels, cables and earthing.
- Ability to use basic electrical tools and testing instruments.
- Willingness to work at outdoor/project sites and travel as required.
- Ability to work at height with proper safety equipment.

Preferred Experience Preference will be given to candidates having experience in:
- On-grid rooftop solar installation
- Solar power plant installation and O&M;
- Solar inverter installation and troubleshooting
- HT/LT electrical work
- Testing and commissioning of solar systems
- Solar pump installation and maintenance

Ability to commute/relocate

- Raipur, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
