Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Post Sales AE (SolidWorks Application Engineer) at BEACON India, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support throughout the post-sales process. You will work closely with our sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements and ensure successful adoption and utilization of SOLIDWORKS solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:





- Providing technical support on SOLIDWORKS and associated solutions to customers after the sale, including troubleshooting issues, answering queries, and ensuring smooth usage and customer satisfaction.
- Delivering product demonstrations, user guidance, and basic training to help customers effectively implement and maximize the value of SOLIDWORKS in their design workflows.
- Building and maintaining solid relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor for SOLIDWORKS applications, and supporting them in achieving their engineering and business objectives.
- Collaborating with internal sales and pre-sales teams to ensure seamless handover and continued engagement with customers.
- Staying updated with the latest SOLIDWORKS features, industry trends, and competitive tools to continuously enhance customer experience and solution delivery.
- PDM & PLM knowledge is preferred.
