Education: ITI (Electrician) / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Install residential, commercial and industrial solar PV systems.
- Perform AC & DC wiring, cable termination and electrical connections.
- Install and configure solar panels, inverter, mounting structures and other system components.
- Perform testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of solar systems.
- Carry out Operation & Maintenance (O&M;) and preventive maintenance.
- Diagnose electrical and solar-system faults and provide timely solutions.
- Assist with net-metering and grid-synchronization work.
- Follow electrical safety standards and proper installation practices.
- Maintain installation/service reports and site documentation.
- Coordinate with customers and the project team during installation and service visits.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of solar PV systems.
- AC/DC wiring and electrical troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of inverter, battery and protection devices.
- Ability to read basic electrical drawings.
- Valuable practical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
Mandatory: Bike & Valid Driving Licence
Salary: As per knowledge, skills & experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
