Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled QA Lead with 5+ years of hands-on experience in test automation frameworks and tools. The ideal candidate should have strong automation expertise and be comfortable taking ownership as a QA Lead.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks and scripts.

- Lead QA efforts across projects and releases.

- Define and implement automation strategies and best practices.

- Review requirements and create automation-ready test plans.

- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

- Analyze test results and drive defect resolution.

- Guide and mentor junior QA team members.

- Ensure test coverage, stability, and maintainability of automation suites.

- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and release sign-offs.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in test automation (must-have).

- Experience with tools such as:

- Selenium / Cypress / Playwright / Appium (any relevant stack)

- Proficiency in at least one language:

- Java / Python / JavaScript / TypeScript

- Experience with API testing automation

- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI,



etc.)

- Good understanding of test frameworks and design patterns.

- Experience with version control systems (Git).

- Strong debugging and analytical skills.

- Ability to lead QA activities independently.

Leadership Expectations

- Ability to assign and review QA tasks.

- Drive quality metrics and reporting.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams.

- Improve QA processes and automation coverage.

Nice to Have

- Performance or security testing exposure.

- Mobile automation experience.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Cloud testing platform experience (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, etc.)

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or related field.

Pay: ₹686,080.77 - ₹1,809,108.52 per year
