We are looking for an experienced Solar Operations Manager to lead and manage our field operations team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in solar EPC operations, team management, material logistics, and tender execution, ensuring smooth and timely project delivery across sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day solar project operations and ensure timely execution
- Lead, manage, and coordinate a team of 20+ members across various functions
- Plan and monitor material dispatch to project sites, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Support and execute activities related to tender requirements and compliance
- Supervise and coordinate installation teams/installers to ensure quality and timely installation
- Track project progress,
resolve on-ground issues, and report status to management
- Liaise with internal departments (procurement, logistics, sales) for smooth operational flow
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality protocols at all project sites
- Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the solar/EPC industry in an operations role
- Proven experience managing a team of 20+ members
- Strong knowledge of material dispatch and logistics coordination
- Working knowledge of tender execution processes
- Experience handling and coordinating installer teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel to project sites as required
