QA & Performance Testing Engineer

About the Role

IPDI is looking for a QA & Performance Testing Engineer to ensure our digital platform is stable, secure, scalable, and ready for public launch. The role will involve functional, API, security, performance, and end-to-end testing.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and execute test plans, test cases and regression tests.
- Test user registration, profiles, job search & applications, company workflows, programs, payments, notifications and admin functions.
- Perform API testing and validate authentication, authorization and error handling.
- Conduct load, stress, spike and endurance testing up to 1,000 concurrent users.
- Monitor API response time, P95/P99 latency, errors, CPU/RAM, PostgreSQL performance and system recovery.
- Perform security testing including access control, SQL injection, XSS, CSRF, file-upload and session security.
- Test responsive behaviour across mobile, tablet and desktop browsers.
- Identify,



document and track defects and coordinate with the development team.
- Prepare QA, performance, security, UAT and regression reports.
- Support final Go/No-Go launch decision.

Required Skills
- 0-1+ years experience in Software QA / Testing.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing and test-case design.
- Experience with API testing / REST APIs and tools such as Postman.
- Experience with JMeter, k6, LoadRunner or similar performance-testing tools.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL/database testing.
- Understanding of web application security and browser/device testing.
- Strong analytical, debugging and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience with Angular, Django REST APIs, Python and performance testing of web platforms.

Ideal Candidate A detail-oriented QA qualified who can independently identify risks, test critical user journeys, analyse performance bottlenecks, and ensure the platform is production-ready and scalable.

Pay: From ₹90,000.00 per year
