- Resolving app errors, login issues, and software license activations.
- Documenting software configuration guides and FAQs. Requirements:
- Robust knowledge of Windows OS, network permissions, and remote apps (AnyDesk/TeamViewer).
- Excellent technical troubleshooting and telephone communication skills.
