We are seeking a detail-oriented Software QA Tester with 2–5 years of experience to ensure the quality and reliability of our .NET applications. In this role, you will be responsible for validating complex, multi-step reasoning tasks and maintaining the integrity of sensitive clinical data within an Azure DevOps environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance Strategy: Design and execute comprehensive test plans for end-to-end features across the .NET Core stack, focusing on both front-end usability and back-end stability.
- AI Validation: Develop specialized testing protocols for Agentic AI agents to verify reasoning, planning, and execution accuracy in tasks like medical coding and trial monitoring.
- Database Testing: Validate complex MS SQL schemas and stored procedures to ensure data integrity, performance, and security for high-stakes healthcare records.
- Test Automation: Integrate automated testing suites into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines to facilitate seamless, bug-free deployments.
- Compliance Auditing: Verify that all application features adhere to rigorous healthcare standards, including HIPAA, GDPR, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11.
- Agile Collaboration:
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with developers to identify edge cases and improve overall system architecture.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years of skilled experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in testing C# / .NET applications and web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
- AI Awareness: Understanding of Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, FOundry, AutoGen) and how to validate non-deterministic LLM outputs.
- Database Proficiency: Strong ability to write and execute complex MS SQL queries for data validation and backend testing.
- Tooling: Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for bug tracking, test case management, and CI/CD integration.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience testing software in the Life Sciences or Healthcare domain.
- Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress).
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures on Microsoft Azure.
