- Identify and generate new business opportunities for software, IT services, GovTech and e-Governance solutions.
- Research target markets, industries, government departments, PSUs and enterprise clients.
- Generate leads through online research, LinkedIn, email campaigns, calls and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable Luminous Infoways solutions and services.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, quotations and business documents.
- Assist in tracking RFPs, tenders, EOI opportunities and relevant government/PSU requirements.
- Maintain and regularly update lead, opportunity and customer information in CRM/Excel.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify recent sales opportunities and trends.
- Coordinate with technical, pre-sales and project teams for solution discussions and demonstrations.




- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication throughout the sales cycle.
- Prepare sales reports, MIS, pipeline reports and opportunity status updates for management.
- Support the sales team in preparing client presentations and product/service demonstrations.
- Monitor industry developments and identify potential opportunities for software and digital solutions.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients and business stakeholders.
- Achieve assigned lead-generation, meeting, pipeline and sales-support targets.

Additional Skills – Good Communication, Presentation Skill, Good knowledge in Computer and Microsoft Office, Pro-Active, Qualifi****cation: Graduate in BBA, B.Tech, BCA, MBA or a related discipline; MBA/IT background will be an advantage.
