About AND GraphicsAND Graphics is a leading printing and manufacturing company based in Jodhpur. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented person to handle the day-to-day operations of our B2B e-commerce website and admin panel.
About the RoleThe main responsibility of this role will be to manage the company's B2B e-commerce system and handle regular activities such as product listings, pricing, customer orders, quotations and order status updates.
The candidate should have basic computer knowledge and a basic understanding of the sales workflow.
Training for the software will be provided, so prior experience with our particular software is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings on the B2B e-commerce website.
- Add new products and maintain existing product information accurately.
- Check product prices and ensure that pricing and calculations are correct.
- Monitor incoming customer orders through the admin panel.
- Review and approve orders as required.
- Update order status and keep order information up to date.
- Create quotations for customers based on their requirements.
- Check customer details, products, quantities, prices and other order-related information before processing.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team regarding orders,
quotations and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure that information entered into the system is correct.
- Handle the regular day-to-day activities available in the company's software.
- Identify and report any incorrect information or issues in the system to the concerned person.
Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge is a must.
- Basic understanding of the sales workflow is required.
- Comfortable using web-based software and admin panels.
- Valuable attention to detail, especially while entering prices, quantities and order information.
- Willingness to learn and follow company processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Previous experience with B2B e-commerce, ERP or business management software will be an advantage, but is not mandatory.

Salary may be increased based on the candidate's skills, experience, performance and ability to handle the work independently.
