About MatriqgoMatriqgo is building a modern AI-powered facility and operations management platform that helps organizations manage assets, tickets, visitors, security, patrolling, attendance, and day-to-day facility operations from a unified platform.

We are now expanding Matriqgo with Digital Twin technology, enabling clients to visualize their physical facilities, buildings, assets, locations, and operational information in an interactive digital environment.

We are looking for a motivated B.Tech 4th Year Intern who is interested in 3D modeling, digital twins, spatial visualization, and emerging technologies.

What You Will Work OnAs a Digital Twin & 3D Modeling Intern, you will work on creating digital representations of real-world client facilities and integrating them into the Matriqgo ecosystem.

Your responsibilities may include

- Create accurate 3D digital twin models of client buildings, facilities, floors, rooms, and operational areas.
- Convert architectural drawings, floor plans, CAD files, images, and reference material into usable 3D models.
- Model important facility components such as:
- Buildings
- Floors
- Rooms
- Doors & windows
- Equipment
- Assets
- Security checkpoints
- Parking areas
- Restricted zones
- Emergency exits
- Other facility infrastructure
- Create optimized 3D models suitable for web and mobile applications.
- Add meaningful metadata and identifiers to 3D objects so they can be connected with Matriqgo's operational data.
- Work with the product and engineering team to connect digital twin objects with Matriqgo modules such as Assets, Tickets, Patrolling, Visitors, and Security Operations.




- Optimize models for performance, file size, rendering, and real-time visualization.
- Create different levels of detail (LOD) where required.
- Assist in building interactive digital twin experiences for Matriqgo clients.
- Understand client requirements and convert real-world facilities into structured digital models.
- Maintain proper naming conventions, object hierarchy, and documentation for digital twin models.

Required Skills
- Currently pursuing B.Tech — 4th Year in Computer Science, Information Technology, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of 3D modeling and visualization.
- Familiarity with at least one 3D modeling tool such as:
- Blender
- SketchUp
- 3ds Max
- Revit
- AutoCAD
- Unity
- Unreal Engine
- Understanding of basic concepts such as:
- 3D geometry
- Materials and textures
- Lighting
- Object hierarchy
- Coordinate systems
- 3D optimization
- Ability to understand floor plans, drawings, dimensions, and spatial layouts.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and work on real-world client projects.

Good to Have
- Experience with Blender / Unity / Unreal Engine.
- Knowledge of GLB / GLTF / FBX / OBJ formats.
- Knowledge of BIM / CAD / GIS concepts.
- Experience with architectural or industrial 3D modeling.
- Understanding of WebGL or real-time 3D rendering.
- Familiarity with Three.js or similar 3D visualization technologies.
- Basic knowledge of APIs and databases.




- Interest in Digital Twins, IoT, AI, Smart Buildings, PropTech, or Facility Management.
