AskMyBot.ai is an AI platform that helps businesses create chatbots trained on their own content, including websites, PDFs, documents, images, and FAQs.

Businesses can use AskMyBot.ai to instantly answer customer questions, capture leads, provide 24/7 support, and make their existing knowledge easier to access — without coding.

The platform includes website chatbot widgets, public bot pages, voice input and output, image/OCR support, lead capture, and conversation analytics.

We primarily work with small businesses, agencies, consultants, e-commerce businesses, and growing teams.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Software Sales & User Onboarding Intern to help introduce businesses to AskMyBot.ai, demonstrate the platform, onboard new users, and help convert interested users into paying customers.

You will work directly with potential customers and the product team.

Responsibilities

- Identify and reach out to potential customers through online channels.
- Respond to interested leads and schedule product demos.
- Demonstrate how businesses can create and deploy their own AI chatbot.




- Help new users import websites, PDFs, FAQs, and other business content.
- Guide users through chatbot setup, lead capture, customization, and deployment.
- Follow up with trial and free users to improve activation and conversions.
- Identify opportunities to move suitable users to paid plans.
- Collect customer feedback and share product suggestions with the team.

Who We're Looking For

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and potential customers.
- Interest in AI, SaaS, chatbots, sales, or customer success.
- Basic understanding of websites and software products.
- Willingness to learn and independently reach out to potential customers.
- Prior experience with sales, digital marketing, APIs, web development, or AI tools is a plus, but not required.
