Software Implementation and Training Specialist

Description

This role involves understanding client requirements, implementing software solutions, and providing comprehensive training to ensure clients maximize the benefits of our software application.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

With minimum 2-3 years of Proven experience in software implementation, training, or a related client-facing role.

Solid understanding of software development and project management methodologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
