Role Description The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain back-end services and AI-driven software applications in a collaborative engineering team. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, efficient, and testable code, implementing APIs, integrating data sources, and optimizing system performance and reliability.

The role also involves participating in code reviews, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to architectural decisions and technical documentation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring close coordination with product, data, and QA teams to deliver robust, production-ready solutions.





Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming using modern languages and frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including API design, integration, and server-side technologies.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and their application in production systems.
- Familiarity with AI or machine learning concepts, data processing, and working with cloud or distributed systems is beneficial.
- Experience with version control (e.g., Git), testing practices, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly in spoken and written English.
