About The Role In this role, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable enterprise software applications for our Global AI-Smart Operations. If you thrive on solving complex technical challenges, driving CI/CD automation, and working with industrial data streams, we want to hear from you! You will be responsible for creating robust OT/IT applications that support production operations and reporting, ensuring high availability and performance.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders, you will translate operational needs into high-impact technical solutions. Your expertise will help optimize our systems for efficiency, reliability, and scalability, contributing directly to Recro’s mission of delivering innovative automation solutions worldwide.





Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background and relevant industry experience. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required, with a Master’s or PhD preferred. Candidates should have at least three years of experience developing industrial software solutions within manufacturing or industrial environments.

Technical proficiency in SCADA systems, industrial protocols, and GE Suite applications is essential. A solid understanding of modern programming languages such as .NET C#, JavaScript, and T-SQL is necessary, along with experience working with databases like SQL Server and InfluxDB. Familiarity with OT/IT infrastructure, cloud deployment, and networking is also important for success in this role.

Responsibilities

- Design & Scale Applications: Lead the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of resource-optimized OT/IT applications, ensuring they are scalable and efficient for production operations and reporting.
- SDLC & DevOps: Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, utilizing CI/CD tools and industry best practices for version control, testing, documentation, and release management.
- System Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and resolve application bottlenecks, software bugs,



and complex network or protocol issues to enhance system performance and stability.
- High Availability & Support: Ensure 24/7 operational readiness, application responsiveness, and high system availability as part of a global support team, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous operation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with global business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate these into high-impact technical solutions that drive business value.
