Roles and Responsibilities

- Design and deliver soft skills training programs for clients across various industries.

- Conduct needs analysis to identify gaps in employee skills and develop customized training solutions.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning materials.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-4 years of experience in behavioral skills, behavioral training, customer service training, personality development, or soft skills training.

- Solid understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies (e.g., ADDIE model).

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop practical solutions using theoretical frameworks (e.g., SWOT analysis).

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word) for report preparation.
