We are looking for Soft Skill trainer for Learning and Development Department
Design Curriculum: Create lesson plans for undergraduate and postgraduate students focusing on personality development and skilled behaviour.
Conduct Training: Lead interactive sessions on public speaking, business etiquette, group discussions, and personal interviewing techniques.
Assess Progress: Track student performance, maintain training records, and give individual feedback to boost self-confidence.
Drive Employability: Align training modules with current industry standards to help students' clear campus recruitment drives
Experience - 5 years to 8 years in Edtech / University most preferred
Immediate joiners preferred.
