Role Description The Social Strategist Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting Synthrun’s brand presence and community engagement across social platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching industry trends, drafting social media posts, assisting in content calendars, and helping shape messaging that explains complex ML engineering topics in accessible ways.

The intern will collaborate with marketing and technical team members to highlight product updates, share thought leadership content, and monitor social performance metrics. The role may also involve engaging with online communities,



collecting feedback from followers, and suggesting new campaign ideas to grow awareness of Synthrun’s work in production AI systems.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to research and communicate technical or complex topics in explicit, engaging language.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit) and basic social media best practices.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills for short-form content, captions, and social threads.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts such as audience targeting, brand voice, and content planning.
- Comfort with using analytics tools or platform insights to track post performance and refine strategy.
- High level of organization, time management, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Interest in AI, machine learning, or developer tools; prior exposure to these topics is a plus.
