Responsibilities

- Academic (Social Science Teacher): Teach Social Science subjects across core disciplines, including History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, and Civics.

- Mentor, guide, and inspire students to build strong pre-foundation concepts.

- Prepare engaging lesson plans and manage the evaluation process through online or offline modes.

- Residential (Girls Hostel Warden): Manage day-to-day operations and administrative responsibilities of the Girls Hostel.

- Ensure a safe, secure, disciplined, and supportive living environment for female residential students.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for student welfare, medical emergencies, and student behavioral needs within the hostel.

Requirements

- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of teaching or relevant hostel management experience.

- Subject Knowledge:



Strong command over the foundational Social Science curriculum (History, Geography, Civics, Economics).

- Skills: Excellent communication, strong leadership, conflict resolution, and classroom/hostel management skills.
