About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working with established brands or digital marketing agencies and possess strong expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, content strategy, and performance marketing.

The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, local, and technical SEO.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings.
- Generate creative campaign concepts and marketing content ideas.




- Create and manage monthly content calendars across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with design, content, and social media teams to deliver engaging marketing campaigns.
- Review and proofread ad copy, website content, landing pages, blogs, and promotional materials.
- Track campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities.
- Generate quality leads through effective digital marketing initiatives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Experience in planning and executing performance marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with keyword research and SEO tools.
- Strong understanding of content strategy and content planning.
- Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
- Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing analytics tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving,



and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Mandatory experience working with established brands or a digital marketing agency.
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on experience managing SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing multiple brands or client accounts.
- Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or other Digital Marketing certifications.
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends, AI marketing tools, and emerging technologies.
