Saltbuzz Marketing is looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Specialist to manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and stay updated with the latest trends. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms.
- Plan and create engaging content, including posts, reels, videos, and captions.
- Research social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
- Develop creative ideas to increase reach and engagement.
- Coordinate with influencers and content creators.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and communication.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management/content creation.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Good communication, creativity, and content-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or video editing tools is preferred.
