Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented SMO Executive to manage and grow Shaadidukaan.com’s social media presence. The candidate will be responsible for content planning, social media management, audience engagement, brand promotion, and improving online visibility across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize social media profiles across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.
- Increase followers, engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions and respond professionally.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, wedding trends, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the content and creative teams for social media campaigns.
- Track and analyze social media performance using platform insights and prepare regular reports.
- Implement strategies to improve organic reach and engagement.
- Support promotional campaigns and generate leads through social media.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms,



and best practices.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Social Media Marketing and SMO.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Valuable communication and content-writing skills.
- Creative thinking with an understanding of current trends.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other creative tools will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
