Role Description The Social Media Marketing Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Lucknow. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media strategies across key platforms to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions. Daily tasks include managing content calendars, coordinating content creation, overseeing social media campaigns, and optimizing posts and ads using performance data.

The manager will monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and refine strategies based on insights and trends. The role also involves collaborating with creative, performance marketing, and influencer teams, engaging with online communities, and ensuring brand consistency in all digital communications.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and optimize platform-specific strategies.




- Proficiency in Content Strategy and Digital Marketing for integrated campaigns that align with broader brand and performance goals.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and effective stakeholder management.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics) and the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated creativity in developing engaging social content, formats, and campaigns tailored to different audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in performance-focused environments or digital agencies is an advantage; familiarity with SEO and influencer marketing is a plus.
