Role Description The Social Media Strategist at REPEAT GUD is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and scheduling content across social media platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include developing social media campaigns, optimizing posts for reach and performance, monitoring analytics, and responding to comments and messages to foster community.

Strategist will collaborate with marketing and PR teams to align digital messaging with brand goals, support product launches, and maintain a consistent brand voice. The role also involves tracking trends in health, wellness, and food to create relevant content and refine strategy.

Qualifications

- Solid social media marketing skills,



including platform management and campaign execution.
- Experience in content strategy, with the ability to plan and organize content calendars and themes.
- Proficiency in social media optimization (SMO) to improve reach, engagement, and performance metrics.
- Effective communication and public relations skills to represent the brand and engage with online communities.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics) to interpret data and adjust strategy.
- Ability to create or coordinate visual content (basic design skills or experience working with designers and creators).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Interest or experience in healthy food, wellness, or consumer brands is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
