Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging social media content across platforms to strengthen PealiDezine’s brand visibility and support client projects.

Daily tasks include managing social media calendars, drafting copy and visual briefs, coordinating with design and editorial teams, monitoring performance metrics,



and optimizing campaigns based on analytics. The specialist will engage with online communities, respond to queries and comments, and support broader digital marketing initiatives, including paid campaigns and content collaborations. The role also involves staying updated on social media trends, proposing new ideas, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to plan and execute effective online campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop compelling, brand-aligned posts and campaigns.
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and engage with online audiences.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and basic understanding of SEO and online advertising is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
- Prior experience in creative, publishing, or agency environments and a relevant degree or certification in marketing, communications, or a related field is an advantage.
