We are looking for a creative, energetic, and social-media-savvy Social Media Intern who can help us build and strengthen our digital presence across platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who doesn't just consume social media but understands what makes content engaging, shareable, and valuable.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain SpleN's social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging social media content including:
- Reels and short-form videos
- Posts and carousels
- Stories
- Educational/technical content
- Event and workshop content
- Promotional creatives
- Company updates and achievements
- Research current social media trends, viral formats, hooks, sounds, hashtags, and content ideas.
- Develop and maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar.
- Convert company activities such as workshops, training sessions, campus events, student activities, and achievements into engaging social media content.
- Assist in shooting and recording short-form video content when required.
- Edit basic reels and short videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, VN, Premiere Pro,



or similar tools.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, CTAs, and social media copy.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement.
- Research competitors and identify new content and marketing opportunities.
- Track basic social media metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, views, followers, shares, and saves.
- Work closely with the marketing, business development, training, and creative teams.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute current ideas for improving SpleN's online presence.
- Maintain consistency in the company's brand voice, visual identity, and communication style.

What We're Looking For
- Students, freshers, or recent graduates with a genuine interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of content, storytelling, and audience psychology.
- Ability to identify trends and convert them into relevant content.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and/or video editing tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proactive attitude — someone who can bring ideas instead of waiting for instructions.




- Comfortable working from the Chandigarh office, 9 AM–5 PM.

Good to Have
- Experience managing a personal, college, or professional social media page.
- Previous experience creating Reels/Shorts.
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn analytics.
- Knowledge of AI tools for content creation and productivity.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and content marketing.
- A portfolio, Instagram page, LinkedIn profile, or examples of previous content.
