Company is looking for someone who can work closely with the founder, Mrs Gagana Prabhu (India's Leading Cabin Crew and Soft Skills Coach) to build and grow her personal brand and business.

Who We’re Looking For

- Smart, creative and proactive.

- Excellent knowledge of all major social media platforms.
- Hands-on experience working with mentors, individual content creators or personal brands.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing.
- Extremely passionate about continuously learning and growing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

- Be the founder's right hand in promoting her, her expertise and talent.
- Manage her overall digital presence across social media.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow her personal brand and business.
- Generate 400 quality leads per month.
- Find ways to market our products and services organically through social media.
- Actively look for revenue and marketing opportunities through collaborations, podcasts, speaking opportunities, guest appearances, B2B partnerships and other relevant channels.
- Come up with fresh content ideas based on market analysis.
- Come up with fresh,



engaging and innovative content ideas.
- Plan the content calendar.
- Plan scripts with me and coordinate shoots.
- Turn our ideas into engaging social media content and come up with new creative ideas.
- Stay updated with trends and create relevant content around them.
- Create content at short notice when there is breaking news, an important industry update or major hiring announcement.
- Utilise our existing online clips and real training footage to create new content.
- Shoot short clips during training sessions and turn them into content.
- Create simple reels, posts and basic edits.
- Coordinate with freelance editors for complex editing.
- Handle digital crisis situations professionally.
- Showcase creativity and talent to help the brand grow.
- Be committed to building a long-term association and loyalty.

Requirements

- Smart, creative, proactive and highly growth-driven.
- Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms, with a strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Hands-on experience working with mentors, individual content creators, entrepreneurs or personal brands.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, organic marketing and lead generation.
- Understand how content can strategically generate visibility, trust, leads and revenue.
- Ability to understand analytics, audience behaviour and content performance and identify what is working, what isn't and what needs to change.
- Comfortable experimenting with recent ideas, content formats and growth strategies.
- Extremely passionate about continuously learning, improving and growing.
- Proactive enough to bring your own ideas, creativity and strategies to the table rather than waiting for instructions.
- Willing to take ownership and accountability for your work and results.
- Genuinely interested in building a long-term professional association and growing together.
