We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create engaging and creative content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and other social media platforms.
- Develop, plan, and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Design and maintain content calendars for regular posting and campaign execution.
- Create social media captions, reel concepts, stories, and promotional content.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
- Coordinate with designers and content writers to develop compelling marketing creatives.
- Manage social media communities and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
- Support lead generation initiatives through organic and paid social media activities.
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini,



and Canva to improve content creation and productivity.
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, tools, and best practices.

Candidate Requirements:

- 0–1 year of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Canva AI.
- Creative mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
