About the Role

Relief Guru is looking for a creative, tech-savvy Social Media Manager & Video Editor to join our growing in-house team in Sargasan.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who can create high-quality graphics, skilled videos, short-form reels, and engaging social media content while using modern AI tools to make content creation faster, better, and more creative.

You will be responsible for managing Relief Guru's social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and youtube, creating content, editing videos, engaging with our audience, and helping build our online brand. You will be responsible for creating brand assets and outreach videos.

This is NOT an agency role. You will work exclusively on Relief Guru's social media and content, giving you the opportunity to deeply understand our product, audience, brand, and industry.

What You'll Do

- Manage and grow Relief Guru's social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and youtube
- Create professional and engaging social media posts, reels, short videos, animations, graphics, and other visual content
- Edit videos for LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
- Create content from ideas, scripts, product features, screenshots, recordings, and raw footage, UGC content and editing
- Use AI tools effectively for video generation, editing, voiceovers, captions, graphics, scripts, images, and content creation
- Develop creative concepts and turn ideas into polished, high-quality content
- Maintain a consistent brand style across all platforms
- Write or assist with captions, hooks, headlines, and social media copy
- Schedule and publish content
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement




- Respond to and engage with our audience professionally
- Track content performance and identify what types of content perform best
- Stay up to date with social media trends, short-form video trends, AI tools, and content formats
- Work closely with our team to understand upcoming features, campaigns, announcements, and marketing initiatives

What We're Looking For

- Experience managing social media accounts professionally
- Strong graphic design and visual content creation skills
- Solid video editing skills with a good understanding of pacing, transitions, captions, music, hooks, and storytelling
- Experience creating Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn videos, and other short-form content
- Comfortable using AI-powered tools for content creation and video production
- Ability to learn and effectively use new AI platforms and creative tools
- Strong understanding of what makes content engaging on different social platforms
- Good English communication and writing skills
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to independently take an idea from concept creation editing publishing
- Ability to create high-quality, professional content, not just basic social media posts
- We are looking for someone who can create, not simply schedule posts.

AI & Creative Tools We are particularly interested in candidates who actively use AI in their workflow.

Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud, AI video generators, AI voice tools, image-generation tools, or similar platforms is a strong advantage.

You don't need to know every tool but you should be comfortable experimenting with AI and learning new platforms quickly.

Work Arrangement The position is in-person at our office in Sargasan, Gandhinagar.
