We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who understands that social media is more than just posting content. You should be able to think strategically, understand brands, create content ideas, manage clients, and ensure that campaigns are executed well.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple client accounts.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Create monthly content calendars based on client objectives, campaigns, trends and occasions.
- Develop strong content ideas for static posts, carousels, reels, stories and other formats.
- Write or guide the creation of captions, hooks, CTAs and social media copy.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and other team members to get content executed on time.
- Manage day-to-day social media publishing and ensure consistency in brand communication.
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, algorithms, trending audio and content opportunities.
- Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.




- Understand basic social media analytics and identify what content is working and what needs improvement.
- Communicate directly with clients, understand their requirements and present content strategies and ideas.
- Manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
- Work closely with the creative team to improve the quality and effectiveness of content.
- Proactively suggest campaigns, content series and new ideas instead of simply executing briefs.

Good to Have
- Experience handling social media for multiple industries.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads.
- Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, Google Sheets or similar platforms.
- Experience in influencer marketing or creator collaborations.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
- Experience presenting strategies or reports to clients.
