We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our advertising team on a Contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and growing client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute successful advertising campaigns
- Act as the POC between the client and the internal team
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing regular updates to the client
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and strategic planning
- Curate content along with the internal team for the client
- Scheduling and posting content on various social media platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in account management / social media within an advertising agency
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Robust understanding of digital (primarily social media) and traditional advertising channels
- Proven track record of successful account management and client retention
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
