Looking for someone who can:

Manage Instagram, Facebook & other social media platforms

Plan and execute monthly content calendars

Understand Meta Ads — campaign setup, targeting, optimization & reporting

Have strong knowledge of Google Ads

Track leads, conversions and campaign performance

Analyze insights and improve content/ad performance

Coordinate with the creative/video team





Understand current social media trends and formats

Basic knowledge of content creation is a plus

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and improve multi-platform campaigns.
- Experience with Content Strategy to plan and organize content calendars and campaign themes.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and use insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X) and their best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfort working on-site in a cooperative team environment in Coimbatore.
- Relevant academic background in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
