The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and managing the company's social media presence, creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, and supporting marketing and business goals through various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective social media strategies. Manage the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and other content.

Prepare monthly and weekly social media content calendars. Coordinate with designers, videographers, and marketing teams for content creation. Monitor social media trends and implement relevant ideas. Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally.

Monitor audience engagement and social media performance. Analyze insights, reach, engagement, followers, and campaign results. Plan and manage paid social media campaigns and advertisements.



Increase brand awareness and online visibility.

Conduct competitor analysis and identify new growth opportunities. Ensure all content follows the company's brand guidelines and communication standards. Prepare regular social media performance reports for management.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketer, or similar role. Knowledge of major social media platforms and their features. Basic knowledge of social media advertising and analytics.

Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms is an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
