About the Role

Inquiry Bazaar Private Limited is looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and result-oriented Social Media Manager / AI Content & UGC who understands social media platforms, content creation, reels, UGC content, and social media optimization.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable using AI-powered applications and content creation tools to create engaging social media content. You should have a strong understanding of what makes content perform on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in content planning, reel creation, video editing, UGC content, AI-generated content, posting, optimization, and social media growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across relevant platforms.
- Plan and execute monthly and weekly social media content calendars.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, short-form videos, posts, carousels, stories, and other social media content.
- Edit short-form videos and reels using tools such as CapCut, Canva, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Create and coordinate UGC (User-Generated Content) for marketing and brand promotion.
- Use AI tools and applications for content ideation, scripting, image/video generation, editing, captions, voiceovers, and creative development.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, CTAs, and social media copy.
- Research current trends, viral formats, sounds, hashtags, and content ideas relevant to the brand.
- Optimize content for better reach, engagement, followers, leads, and conversions.
- Implement Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare regular performance reports.
- Analyze metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, watch time, followers, clicks, and conversions.




- Experiment with different content formats and creative approaches to improve performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to create promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, AI tools, content formats, and platform algorithms.

Required Skills
- Good understanding of major social media platforms, especially Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Strong knowledge of social media management and optimization.
- Good understanding of Reels and short-form video content.
- Ability to edit videos and create engaging visual content.
- Knowledge of UGC content creation and marketing.
- Ability to use AI applications for content creation and productivity.
- Good understanding of captions, hashtags, hooks, CTAs, and content strategy.
- Creative thinking and strong visual sense.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Ability to independently research trends and generate new content ideas.

AI & Content Creation Skills

Candidates who have experience with tools such as the following will be preferred:

- ChatGPT or similar AI tools for content research, scripting, and ideation.
- Canva and AI-based design tools.
- CapCut or similar AI-powered video editing tools.
- AI image and video generation tools.
- AI voiceover and subtitle tools.
- AI tools for content repurposing and social media management.

Note: Candidates do not need to know every AI tool. A strong willingness to learn and experiment with new AI applications is highly valued.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience managing an Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, or other social media account.
- A portfolio of Reels, short-form videos, UGC content, graphics, or social media campaigns.




- Personal Instagram/YouTube page or previous content creation experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and growth strategies.
- Experience with digital marketing or content marketing is an advantage.
