Role Description- The Social Media Manager will oversee the brand’s presence across social media platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and scheduling posts, developing content calendars, writing captions, shooting content using iphone and optimizing content for engagement and reach. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, responding to comments and messages, and collaborating with design and sales teams to support campaigns and product launches.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area, requiring regular coordination with in-house teams and participation in store or studio events to capture content and insights.

Qualifications





- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing brand profiles on major platforms.
- Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategy aligned with brand goals and audience needs.
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills, including the ability to craft explicit, engaging, and brand-consistent messaging.
- Experience using social media analytics tools and basic performance reporting to guide content and campaign decisions.
- Creativity and visual awareness, with an eye for aesthetics suited to jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in social media management, digital marketing, or brand storytelling; experience in jewelry or fashion is an advantage.
- Basic content shooting skills using iphone.
- Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is beneficial.
