Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. This role involves planning and executing social media strategies across platforms, including content calendaring, posting, and community management.

The Social Media

Manager will collaborate with creative, design, and account teams to develop campaigns, optimize social media performance, and maintain consistent brand voice. Daily responsibilities include monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, analyzing metrics, preparing performance reports, and suggesting data-driven improvements.



The role also includes staying updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to support clients’ branding and growth objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing multiple platforms and campaigns.
- Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy aligned with branding and business goals.
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills for explicit, engaging, and brand-consistent messaging.
- Experience using social media analytics tools, reporting on key metrics, and making data-driven recommendations.
- Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, including basic SEO, paid social campaigns, and audience targeting.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage timelines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Prior experience in an advertising or branding agency is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
