Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Goa, India. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across Academy’s social media channels to strengthen brand presence and community engagement. Day-to-day tasks include designing and executing social media campaigns, managing posting calendars, optimizing content for different platforms, monitoring performance metrics, and responding to audience interactions in a timely and qualified manner.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan campaigns,



grow audiences, and improve engagement.
- Strong Content Strategy and Writing skills to create clear, compelling, and audience-appropriate content for multiple platforms.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to interact with diverse online communities and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Experience using social media analytics tools to track performance, generate reports, and make data-informed decisions.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter) and their best practices for educational or learning-focused brands.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain consistency in brand voice and visual identity.
- Prior experience in education, edtech, or cohort-based learning environments is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
